To flourish their family business and to foster people's love and passion for food, Jack Fiorella, the eldest son of Russ Fiorella, and his wife Delores took the onus on their shoulders and began optimizing their cookery prowess by reviving gourmet meats cooked over hickory wood. The menu eventually got widened and introduced myriads of finger-licking cuisines that turned into people's favorites in no time. Certified Angus Beef Steaks, seafood, Lamb Ribs, Hickory Pit Beans, and Cheesy Corn Bake were very common to sight in every other platter. Today, Jack Stack Barbecue is famed as a great wood cookery player in the food industry.
